Today's breeze was turned on from Sunrise and I think it is still turned on and should be for tomorrow. I had a great day on the water today. I was rigged and riding at 0930 and I think I finally packed up at 430. Got in a bunch of good training runs. The breeze was coming from 230-240 degrees and the wind speed ranged from 17-27 kts.
I rode my 12M most of the day and felt good about it's performance. I think I probably could have gone to my 15M in the late afternoon. But at that point I was working more on picking the right entry line and less about overall speed.
Great to see Matthew Cohen and Rich Sabo show up to run the media side of the event. They are fully dialed in and have all sorts of tricks up their sleeve. Check out www.bestkiteboarding.com/nassci for all the live coverage
Tomorrow should be a relatively early morning as we are going to try and start our first heat at 0800. With that said I am off to get some rack time in and get prepped for a great day.
